Is it almost November already? This year’s Comica is almost upon us. Three weeks of talks and events spilling out of London’s own ICA (there’s a full guide online).
For We Are Words + Pictures the centrepoint is likely to be the Comiket, held on November 8th in the ICA Theatre, another excellent showcase of UK comics talent.
Table space is now available: e-mail Paul Gravett and the Comiket team for details. Prices are very nice, with table space from as little as £8 this year, and the ICA’s free entry allowing a lot of browsers to drop in and have a glance. All you have to do is make yourselves look pretty to entice them over to your table.
It’ll be running from 1pm until around 6pm, maybe a little later, with the post-show meandering into the ICA bar to form a little launch party for the first Solipsistic Pop anthology. Basically an excellent day and an essential night.
